"Smart" photo Toshiba

According to Pocket-Lint, Toshiba has just announced the release of a new series of digital photo, Journe Air, in Europe. It has two models - Journe Air 1000 and Journe Air 801, and they are remarkable for the fact that they have very rich functionality.

Most older model of this line - Journe Air 1000. It has 10-inch LCD display with a 16:9, 1 GB of internal memory and the expansion connector for memory cards. By the way, it "can" take the radio to the Internet via 50 pre-configured channels. The set even includes a remote control. Moreover, Journe Air can still work as audio player, a clock and alarm. There is a calendar function.

Unlike the first model Journe Air 801 has a smaller 8.4-inch display, and the amount of internal memory is only 128 MB. Thus, the user probably will have to use a memory card to store photos and other materials. This model also has built in speakers, alarm clock, a clock, a calendar, but above all, can still boast low-touch control buttons, as well as the functions of Sub-View and 3D Album. It explains the Toshiba, the first function allows Journe Air 801 "communicate" with the PC through the expansion of the user interface of the computer through the photo, but by the second, you can create a slideshow with music and animation from existing images.

Estimated cost Journe Air 1000 and 801 in the order of 170 and 140 pounds. It is not clear when they will be on sale, but apparently it will happen very soon.
