Two pearls in the model number of Eizo

It seems that the name of Eizo needs no introduction, as the Japanese company is well known worldwide for its high-quality monitors professional class. Nevertheless, Eizo not rest on our laurels and periodically updates its model range.

It was reported yesterday Eizo formally introduced two new models - Flexscan S2232 WE and S2242 WH. Both monitor differ unusually wide color coverage and can display up to 95% and 92% color range of versions of Adobe RGB and NTSC, respectively. Moreover, they can boast of a very high static contrast - 1200:1 and the relatively low response time - 12 ms (black-to-white) and 6 ms (gray-to-gray). According to Eizo, they are greener and have very low power consumption. The point is that both models are equipped with automatic lights and lighting can work in the economy (Low Power). Perhaps the main difference between this standard definition, although Flexscan S2232 WE and S2242 WH have the same screen size - 22 inches. If the first model supports the resolution of 1650 × 1080, that is not below the standard Full HD, the latter has already supported the resolution of 1920 × 1200.

On the basis of their needs when purchasing Flexscan S2232 WE and S2242 WH buyers can choose options with VGA and DVI inputs support HDCP. Both models are 2-port hub, USB, as well as built-in stereo speakers with a total capacity of 2 W. The set also includes a stand with a rotation of 90 degrees, which means you can view the image in a Portrait (portrait).

It is expected that these models will go on sale February 5 at a price of 725 dollars and 784 dollars respectively.
