ASUS has updated a series of gaming notebooks providing G71Gx. New laptop runs on Intel Centrino 2 platform and is equipped with video NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260M with 1GB of graphics memory DDR3 VRAM, which is two times longer than the previous G71. G71Gx also equipped with three slots SODIMM, allowing up to 12GB of RAM, and 17-inch display with a resolution of 1920 to 1200.
New graphics card GTX 260M, compared with its predecessor - 9800M provides a performance improvement of up to 50%, while consuming no more energy. G71Gx equipped with two slots for hard drive total capacity up to 1TB. New module is also equipped with a Blu-ray and the dynamics of Altec Lansing.
