Sony is preparing a compact camera superclass


DPReview, Engadget and some informed sources claim that at the forthcoming exhibition of Photo Marketing Association (PMA) 2009, which will be held next week in Las Vegas, U.S., Sony will necessarily unique camera - CyberShot DSC-HX1. Incidentally, this model has already been seen in Europe in some stores online, including BuyACamera (UK). However, until now no one knows how it looks, because until now it has no real photos.

While this model does not mirror, a compact, but according to preliminary data, it has some nice features. Apart from the 9-megapixel CMOS matrix, DSC-HX1 still boasts a powerful optics with a 20-fold increase in the optical, sound, HQ, the possibility of recording video in the resolution of 1080p. They say that the camera supposedly has 2.7-inch display, but some sources claim that in fact it is the same display (3-inch) as the model DSC-H50 (pictured).

Among other features CyberShot DSC-HX1 include optics SteadyShot and high speed shooting - 10 frames per second. According to preliminary data, the camera will be on sale soon at a price of 400 pounds (571 U.S. dollars at current exchange rate).
