Today, Hewlett-Packard officially announced that its newest Nettop, Compaq CQ2000, will go on sale in several European countries. By design, this model is very similar to a model mini-Q, which is already on sale in some Asian countries. The computer has in its arsenal processor Atom 230 1.6 GHz, 1 GB of RAM, and hard disk drive 160 GB 7200 rpm. The output of the display by using an integrated graphic core Intel GMA 950.
Other design features include the Compaq CQ2000 DVD recorder built in, Ethernet 10/100 and support 5.1-channel audio. The computer comes with a preloaded operating system Windows XP Home Edition and 20-inch display. Its recommended price is 349 euros.
