"Golden mean" in the style of MSI


According to the Tech Connect Magazine, MicroStar International yesterday officially introduced its new notebook VX600 in Europe. So far, remains a mystery why the Taiwanese company has used CeBIT 09 in order to provide the model for court users in the old continent. This model is aimed at business users, and the middle class is not just a soft cost, but also a powerful configuration.

At the outset, we note that the mobile system has a 15.4-inch display with a resolution of 1280 × 800, but as its foundations are used portable processor Core 2 Duo, motherboard based on SiS 672DX set of logic and discrete graphics card ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3410 with 512 MB VRAM. It supports up to 4 GB of RAM, and hard drives with the 160, 250 or 320 GB.

Among other features of this model are the optical drive Super Multi Drive, 4-in-1 card reader, Ethernet, Wi-Fi and 1.3-megapixel Web-camera. The kit contains a 6 - or 9-element battery. According to Tech Connect Magazine, VX600 is already available in Europe at a price of 560 euros. Price, as we have seen, quite acceptable, however, it is worth paying attention to the fact that a set of system logic from SiS, and not Intel or NVIDIA.
