Gigabyte is now ready to compete with Apple in the smartphones market


According to Unwired View, Gigabyte is going to demonstrate its latest smartphone, GSmart S1200, at MWC'09. This model is particularly thin shell and the design is very similar to the iPhone. Apparently, the glory of "apple" smartphones does not rest Taiwanese company, which has already been known worldwide as one of the leading manufacturers of components for personal computers.

At the moment, the technical details of the GSmart S1200 is very scarce. According to Unwired View, the heart of the smartphone is a Qualcomm 7200A processor 528 MHz. Among other features of this smartphone can be display with VGA resolution and corporate user interface Smart Zone from Gigabyte.

By the way, so far unconfirmed, in addition GSmart S1200, Gigabyte will have three new models, which would be in the category Business, Style and Multimedia.
