Intel Core i7 translates to a new audit

According to the Tech Connect Magazine, Intel plans to bring to market two new families of processors Core i7 - Extreme Edition 975 and 950. It is not difficult to guess, the first belongs to the category of hi-end, and we can hardly see it on the shelves of our stores. In the second model, Core i7 950, the idea, it must replace its predecessor, the model 940. It is noteworthy that both chips have audited the D0 and have very high productivity and high accelerating potential than the first Bloomfield audit C0. At least, it is argued manufacturers of motherboards in Taiwan.

It should be noted that the Core i7 Extreme Edition and Core i7 950 with a nominal clock frequency of 3.33 and 3.06 GHz respectively. For comparison, the nominal clock speed Core i7 965 Extreme Edition and Core i7 940 is 3,2 and 2,93 GHz.

Perhaps there is no need to talk about how powerful Core i7 975 Extreme Edition. The thing is that recently two experts XtremeSystems, Fugger and Mikeguava, set a new world record in 3DMark 05 with this processor. Incidentally, a few days ago, Intel announced its intention to run in the sale of Core i7 920 with a revision D0. There is every reason to believe that the new version of the processor will have a great potential for accelerating than the previous one. According to recent data, Core i7 920 D0 will cost 284 dollars. Price, of course, provides for lots of 1000 units and above. Regarding the Core i7 Extreme Edition 975 and 950, their price will be 999 and 562 dollars respectively. Apparently, both models will be presented in the II quarter.
