Community LiveJournal, tried to go on their own pages on 4 February at approximately 9 am Moscow time, have not been able to do so because of inaccessibility of the resource. Instead of this service LiveJournal user pages it only report on the inaccessibility of the resource in relation to preventive work.
However, the work lasted only an hour, and already at 10 am, all returned to their seats. Technical Support Service report that described the work that caused the problem with user access to a resource, were aimed at "improving the network."
As we can recall that in the end of October 2008 Live Journal was also down - the truth, in a few hours. Then the problem is due to the fact that the company Six Apart, which is hosted on servers LJ, had to reboot their own servers.
And in October 2008, and now the users of LiveJournal were warned in advance about the possibility of some problems with access to the resources of the service.
