No more confusion with the Windows 7

As you know, one of the biggest mistakes that have been approved in the development of Microsoft Windows Vista (Longhorn), an enormous number of versions of the operating system. To be honest, not everyone can list all the differences between versions of Home Basic, Premium, Business, Ultimate ... This error, I should say, is Microsoft has a lot of money, so the giant of Redmont Yet it has taken into account when developing Windows 7.

Unlike its predecessor, Windows 7 will be available to users only in two versions - Home and Professional. First, as you have already guessed, is aimed at home users, and the second - on the corporate segment.

True, in theory, will be six versions of Windows 7: Home Basic and Starter Edition, and Enterprise and Ultimate, but the first two as it does not count, because they will be delivered only to OEM manufacturers and focus on users in developing countries. With regard to Enterprise and Ultimate, this is simply an improved version of Home and Professional, and they will have the opportunity of some function, which are absent in the last two versions.

Of course, on paper everything seems so confusing, as is the case with Windows Vista, but it is actually much simpler. Just remember the two magic words - Home and Professional.
